ABOUT AMAYA

 I’m Amaya Renee Patterson. When I first got into design, I fell in love with minimalism, luxury looks, and building systems and experiences that last. Five years ago, I didn’t even know what to call that, but I realized I was really good at it. Over time, I didn’t just fall for the visuals of luxury design—I became obsessed with making sure the user felt the same way they did when they saw it. Now, five years later, I’m still hooked, and I LOVE it.

I’m also a wife and mom, and let me tell you—my love for design has definitely trickled into my homemaking. Everything from how I set up a room to how I approach my day has a little bit of that intentional design touch.

My passion for beauty and fashion? That started way before design—at 9 years old, watching America’s Next Top Model.I was glued to the screen, obsessed with how they transformed concepts into something beautiful and iconic. Fast forward to now, and I get to bring that same energy to the beauty and fashion brands I work with.

In my free time, you’ll find me designing my dream house (Pinterest and HGTV are my besties), watching rom-coms, or enjoying a good meal. Honestly, design is more than a career for me—it’s just who I am. I’ve even tried to lay it down, like most of us have before—and I always end up right back.
